Top Weight Loss Bad Habits

Our brains are stupid and our bodies are designed to store fat. Identify and eliminate those habits that might have a bad impact on your weight.

We’re eating too much, too often.

Sugar is an easy way to boost your mood.

⭐️  Make a list of the deserts you like most.

⭐️  Have a cheat day and eat deserts only that day.

⭐️  Replace deserts with an apple or orange.
