Twitter is launching into full Orwell mode as it begins to censor topics “likely to be subject to election misinformation” 7 days before the election.
What can these “topics of election misinformation” be? Since 69% of Twitter users lean left according to a recent Pew study, we’re guessing this is anything that could be viewed as detrimental to Joe Biden’s run for president.
Negative press and wild conspiracies about President Trump, however, will most likely be allowed to run amok on the social media site.
