The same day Hillary Clinton tweeted “In America, no one is above the law,” she twice dodged being served legal documents as part of an impending $50 million defamation lawsuit with Rep. Tulsi Gabbard.
Rep. Gabbard’s lawyers twice tried to serve legal documents to Hillary Clinton: first to her home where Clinton’s secret service detail turned them away; then to her lawyer David Kendall who stated that he was not able to accept service on Clinton’s behalf.
Gabbard’s attorney, Brian Dunne, told The New York Post, “I find it rather unbelievable that Hillary Clinton is so intimidated by Tulsi Gabbard that she won’t accept service of process. But I guess here we are.”
Rep. Gabbard currently has a $50 million defamation lawsuit against Clinton for her public accusation that Gabbard is a “Russian asset.”
