The way real estate prices are going, nothing north of 3% interest will be affordable for most people. Rates must either drop or the home prices must come down. You pick.

30 year? That’s the old way. 40, 50, 100 year mortgages are coming.. they will tell you “paying off a house is the old way, look how cheap your payments are, its okay to die with debt, you a renting now anyway.
